LOS ANGELES COUNTY: $250.00 per hour plus expenses with a required fifteen hour retainer fee
of $3,750.00. This hourly fee includes but not limited to consultation,
analysis of file, interviews as needed, required case meetings,
production of reports, site visits, deposition and court appearances.
OUTSIDE LOS ANGELES COUNTY:
$275.00 per hour plus expenses with a required fifteen hour retainer
fee of $4,125.00. This hourly fee includes but not limited to
consultation, analysis of file, interviews as needed, required case
meetings, production of reports, site visits, deposition and court
appearances.
OUT OF STATE: $300.00
per hour plus expenses with a required fifteen hour retainer fee of
$4,500.00. This hourly fee includes but not limited to consultation,
analysis of file, interviews as needed, required case meetings,
production of reports, site visits, deposition and court appearances.
SPEAKING APPEARANCES:
Speaking appearances which include seminars are $3,000.00 per day.
Travel, lodging, vehicle rental and any presentation expenses are not
included in this fee and will be billed separately.
