AS IT RELATES TO POLICE PROCEDURES

Timothy T. Williams, Jr., is a Domestic Violence Expert as it relates to Police Procedure issues, in Federal Court.  While employed with the Los Angeles Police Department, Mr. Williams was the subject matter expert in the area of Domestic Violence and was instrumental in developing the Domestic Violence program for the Department.
